STZ car-top inspection station is a brand new product. It differentiates from other similar products thanks to its new and innovative features.

 

 

  1. Screw for box fastening.
  2. Contact elements.
  3. Knock able out holes for cable grips (not included).
  4. Internal eyelets (permanent fastening).
  5. External eyelets (temporary fastening).
  6. Holes for suspension hook.
  7. Lateral walls.

 

STZ composite button panel is made by independent waterproof sectors.

The sectors fit snap-shutting themselves (see drawing). If the button panel has to be used as a pendant station, we suggest to fasten the sectors with the “screws for box fastening” (B in drawing) to prevent accidental disconnection of the sectors.

The number of sectors that compose the button panel can be easily changed simply adding or removing modular sections, even after wiring.

 

Caps are fastened by one screw and a special hinge system, so that they can be opened, up to 135° DEG position. In this position the operator has easy access to the connection terminals (i.e. to wire the button panel, see C in drawing).

A single cap can be opened and removed while the other are still closed (i.e. to change position or to substitute an operator, to add an extra contact element or simply to check).

 

Every actuator is fitted on a different cap, so the writings – labels – symbols refer to a single button, with no chance of misunderstandings.

Caps are available in different colors, so that the function of every push button can be identified even from distance or in case of poor lighting (colors in according to standards).

 

There are two knock able out holes in the button panel suitable for cable gland and nut (not furnished).

Two versions are available: for M25 / M20 cable glands or for PG16 / PG 13,5 cable glands.

 

The button panel can be fastened to a wall thanks to the numerous eyelets (E and F in drawing):

inside every sector there are two eyelets (E in drawing). The openings for the screw and the opening for the electric contact elements are separated.

 

A suspension hook (G in drawing) can be fitted on the button panel so that it becomes a pendant station.
